  • We will provide a Contract for the Sale of your property.
  • We will ensure your Real Estate Agent has the contract urgently, so that your property can be marketed.
  • We will attend to the paying out of your current mortgage and liaise with your lender on your behalf.
  • We will ensure on the day of settlement, your funds are either deposited into the account of your choosing, or a Bank Cheque can be collected from our office the following day.

Regularly asked questions:

Question:  Do I need to advise Council or the Water Authority?

Answer: No, we will do this on your behalf and calculate rates owing on the property at the time of settlement.

Question:  Do I cancel my electricity, phone, gas, Foxtel?

Answer:  Yes, you will need to contact these services to notify them that you are selling and what date the settlement is, please remember Foxtel may take 10 days for a disconnection.

Question:  I am a pensioner – what do I need to do for Centrelink?

A.  You will need to show them the settlement letter from us within 14 days of settlement.
